By accessing or using the SultanaExpress platform ("Platform"), operated by SultanaExpress ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including buyers, suppliers, and visitors.

SultanaExpress is a B2B marketplace that connects international buyers with Turkish manufacturers and suppliers. The Platform provides supplier discovery, RFQ management, quote comparison, messaging, order management, and analytics.

SultanaExpress acts as a marketplace facilitator. We do not manufacture, sell, or ship products ourselves.

To use certain features, you must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

SultanaExpress conducts verification procedures for suppliers. However:

• Verification does not constitute a guarantee of product quality, delivery, or business practices
• Performance tiers reflect historical metrics and are not endorsements
• Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence

SultanaExpress offers free and paid subscription tiers. The Starter tier is free. Pricing for Growth and Enterprise tiers will be announced soon. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with Platform operation
• Circumvent Platform fees by conducting transactions outside the Platform
• Scrape or harvest data without authorization
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload malicious code or content

The Platform is owned by SultanaExpress and protected by intellectual property laws. Content you submit remains your property, but you grant SultanaExpress a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute it on the Platform.

SultanaExpress is a marketplace facilitator. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed on the Platform, the accuracy of listings, or the ability of parties to perform their obligations. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

SultanaExpress may offer mediation services for disputes between buyers and suppliers but is not obligated to do so. Disputes between you and SultanaExpress shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey and resolved in the courts of Istanbul.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases, outstanding obligations remain due, and data may be retained as required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
